The Courage to Feel
Book 1: TRANSMISSION 14
Dearest One,
To feel deeply in this world requires immense courage. Not because feeling itself is dangerous,
but because feeling unveils the truth.
Feeling strips away illusion.
It pierces denial.
It dissolves the masks you wear to make yourself acceptable.
To feel is to remember.
And remembering hurts—until it heals.
Because beneath your numbness is not only sorrow.
Beneath your numbness is power.
Creative, untamed, soul-birthed power.
Your world teaches you to anaesthetize. To manage.
To intellectualise. To talk about feelings without ever entering their sacred chambers.
But here is the truth:
Unfelt feelings do not disappear.
They live in the body like whispers in the bones.
They shape your choices, cloud your clarity, and bury your light.
We ask you: Do you want to become more conscious?
Then, become more feeling.
Feeling is the gateway to consciousness.
Not simply as emotion—but as sacred data.
Each sensation is a messenger. Each emotion is a bridge. Each feeling is an invitation to know what the soul already knows.
And yet, the world resists this path.
Because to feel fully is to lose control.
To enter the trembling mystery.
To soften the ego’s grip and let the deeper
river move you.
But hear us:
You will never evolve by bypassing your inner tides.
You will evolve by riding them—trusting that even your sorrow has a shoreline.
To feel is not a weakness.
It is the soul’s strength.
It is the doorway to a more luminous, integrated self.
The next evolution of your humanity is not intellect.
It is embodied feeling.
Practice of the Week
Choose one feeling you are resisting.
Sit quietly. Name it aloud. Welcome it as a teacher. Ask it:
· “What do you want me to know?”
· “What have I been avoiding?”
· “What would change if I allowed you to move through me?”
Then, breathe. Let the feeling flow—not to overwhelm you, but to liberate you.
Inquiry
· Which emotions do you trust? Which do you fear?
· Where in your life do you hide from feeling?
· How would your relationships change if you allowed yourself to feel more deeply?
